Katie Nabors, MS, MFA is a native of Savannah, Georgia. She obtained her undergraduate degree in theatre and dance, and then spent ten years as a performer, choreographer, and educator. Her love of dance and the performing arts community moved her to embark on the journey of becoming a Registered Dietitian. Using food as a mechanism for performance enhancement, injury recovery, and as an avenue of connection to one another through shared and personal experiences. She holds an MS in Nutrition and an MFA in contemporary dance from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and is a part of the Dietetic Internship class of 2022 at UNCG.
