Lora McDevitt obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in 2021 from UNCG, and completed her Dietetic Internship in 2022 at UNCG. She will be continuing on at UNCG

to complete her Master of Science in Nutrition in Fall of 2022. She wants to become a Registered Dietitian because she loves food, cooking, learning, and sharing how food impacts our health and happiness. With her education and experience, she hopes to help those with eating disorders (as well as everyone she meets in her career) escape their distressing thoughts surrounding food and learn that all foods are meant to nourish and fulfill us.

Lora recently wrote an article on caffeine and its effects on women, academic performance and well-being (PDF). If this topic is of interest to you, please be sure to give this a read!
