Dr. Aailih Hussein successfully defended her dissertation in the Joint Doctor of Philosophy program at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Dr. Hussein’s dissertation is titled, “Cognitive, Emotional, and Behavioral Experiences of Second-Generation Millennial Muslim American Women with Gendered Islamophobia.”
