Mrs. Dillon is a 1999 graduate of the Department of Nutrition Dietetic Internship program. She also received a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from UNCG. Her professional credentials include National Certified Counselor and Certified Eating Disorder specialist with the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

She received international recognition as the expert dietitian on The Learning Channel documentary “My Big Fat Fabulous Life.”
