Erin is passionate about higher education access and advocating for holistic, strengths-based student development, serving in roles for academic coaching and success, student leadership and engagement, and orientation and first year programs.

Erin is a native North Carolinian and proud two-time Spartan alumna, having earned both an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at UNC Greensboro. In her time away from campus, Erin enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
